Crestline Chamber of Commerce

Sector: Government & civic

Services: Essential identity design

Deliverables: Logo system | Brand style guide

The Brief

The Crestline Chamber of Commerce promotes tourism and local business in a mountain community centered around Lake Gregory. Despite being one of the closest public lakes to several major Southern California cities, Crestline remained a hidden gem for many urban travelers.

Lake Gregory

The Chamber’s existing identity felt dated and overly literal. They needed a modern brand that could reposition Crestline around “accessible adventure” and appeal to a new generation of weekend visitors.

My Direction

My goal was to translate Crestline’s rugged setting and character into a modern tourism identity. I developed a bold, versatile brand system that is welcoming and memorable for visitors and easy for the Chamber to use.

The Result

  • Distinctive brand mark that captures Crestline’s mountain setting and Lake Gregory without relying on literal illustration.

  • Contemporary tourism positioning presents Crestline as an accessible yet sophisticated getaway for a new generation of visitors.

  • Flexible visual system gives the Chamber a consistent, streamlined framework across tourism and community communications.
