Regional Park & Open Space District

The Regional Park & Open Space District’s (RPOSD) branding redesign needed to align with the Department of Parks and Recreation identity while establishing a distinct presence of its own. With a highly public-facing role, RPOSD required a mark that felt trustworthy and official, yet warm, accessible, and emotionally resonant. I worked with the core team to distill the organization’s purpose into a clear idea: supporting parks projects that bring tranquility, adventure, and a sense of newness to Angelenos. The resulting identity focuses on a single unifying theme to create an immediate connection with the public.
